Stabilimento chiosco bar Cala Domestica — Restaurant in Iglesias

Poor experience. I ordered a take away panino wich took 30 minutes to make! The young man at the bar was not able to tell me how long it takes nor offered to call, he just let me stand there and ignored me when I asked him after 20 min how much longer it will take. Having one cook, one waitress an one person at the counter working in high season is pretty poor service! I don’t now about the law here in Italy but it is quite strange not having toilets close by the pub. You need to walk 500 m in the sun to get to the parking where the toilets are available for 1 Euro!! I don’t want to know how many people do their business...

Very bad service. We waited at a table for the waitress for more than 30 minutes, but she didn’t even look at us. We asked the waitress what to do to order a lunch and directed us to the bar counter, we have waited about 10 minutes in the queue and the cashier at the counter told us to have a seat and wait for the waitress to make the order. The Panini’s were good but a bit expensive for a beach bar. POS was out of service so they made us to go back to the private parking lot to make the payment. It’s a shame that this beautiful beach has this kind of poor service and makes the experience...

Metto una stella perché meno non si può, spiaggia bellissima rovinata da un esperienza pessima in questo chiosco. Personale visibilmente insesperto,svogliato e poco professionale. Abbiamo pagato 22€ per due mojito pagando il coperto per due bicchieri pieni di ghiaccio con all’interno una bevanda in bevibile, motivo per il quale nemmeno sforzandomi sono riuscita a finirlo. Non ci sono state portate nemmeno due patatine e per questo abbiamo aggiunto due pacchetti a pagamento. A nessuno è interessato capire il perché dei due bicchieri rimasti pieni e siamo stati salutati scocciati perché indignati dal trattamento e dal costo. Avrebbe un potenziale fantastico, e per fortuna loro continueranno a lavorare lo stesso perché in vacanza siamo tutti un po’ tutti più buoni ma onestamente non meritereste la metà del...
