The food was good… kinda. I tired venison but it was a bit too tough for my taste and the price was very high for such a small portion. The ambient is very nice and well cured to a spotless perfection. Still, they should revise either the prices or the size of their dishes. At first glance, this is a promising place: a chic interior with a big terrace with overhanging grape vines. Unfortunately the good first impression was very quickly marred by unfriendly service (e.g. not allowing a party of 2 to sit at a slightly bigger table even when the restaurant is empty and some passive aggressive comments). Enttäuschend Meiner Meinung nach ein schlechter Versuch sich von anderen Restaurants abzuheben. Das Essen war in Ordnung, doch der Geschmack hat nicht so überzeugt und war etwas langweilig . Das Stadele schreibt auf der Homepage "Authentische Spezialitäten" die ich beim besten Willen nicht erkennen kann, da es sich um Fusionsspeisen handelt, die meiner Meinung nicht geglückt sind. Da wird zum Teil einfach etwas zusammengestellt was scheinbar nicht zusammen passt, und schon kostet ein kleiner "Snack" mal eben 40,- Euro pro Person. Diese Hobbyexperimente, die man in Schischi-Kreisen Fusionsküche nennt, kenne ich aus meiner "Resteküche". Die Getränkekarte - es handelt sich nur um eine Weinkarte - bietet nur Flaschenweine an und ist somit bezüglich der Preise für einzelne Gläser Wein bzw. anderer Getränke nicht transparent. In Deutschland ist dieses z.B. nicht erlaubt.
