Terrible experience from a customer service and delivery perspective. The view is great but the restaurant staff and food have nothing to help with that. In summary, we sat at a table that didn’t have the previous occupants food and plates cleaned despite several staff coming over at various times when called upon. When we ordered our food we made sure we ordered our 2-year olds first who had been so looking forward to sushi. We then ordered our meals. Unfortunately adult meals came first, I ordered chicken avo rolls which visibility had no chicken in it, was tiny as a meal. My wife’s meal came which again was tiny. When our meals came out they were literally thrown on the table and not placed near either of us, the waiter didn’t even bother to look at us as they were thrown down. We had completed our meals and still no simple avo sushi roll for our toddler. I went in and asked to pay and they tried charging me full charge for everything. They were not interested in supporting or understanding our experience despite me proving in images our meals were underwhelming. One of the people I was speaking to was a significant part of the customer service problem but when I raised the concerns I had, he disregarded that it was in fact him and placed blame on other staff. I had to fight just to pay for the food I actually had and they still didn’t consider that I then had to go to another place to eat just in order to have dinner with a 2-year old. Seemed I was a massive problem for them but I noticed other people complaining and very unhappy with their experience. Customer service and food is terrible, the people do not care, they take customers for granted.
Being charged food I didn’t even receive and then for food which didn’t even have the food in it which they advertised, very disappointing. Cost us money to eat here then have to go somewhere else. Poor when you are time limited on holidays.
I took photos and showed staff, they could not sent. Only were given one lot of chopsticks for all meals also while still eating with the previous tables food next to us. Getting any service...

I've got suggested by a friend to visit this place, as their food quality / price ratio is pretty good, plus they offer an All You Can Eat formula.
We came there on a Tuesday evening. The place was not crowded at all, although I heard that it's full of people on Friday and Saturday evenings, don't forget to book a table or you'll probably be disappointed in knowing that there is no space left.
There is a restaurant parking outside, but if you can't find any parking spot you can park at the Campione's Casino parking which should be free (as in beer and as in freedom).
The place itself is great, the All You Can Eat formula (24.80 CHF each) includes basically all the dishes from the menu, except for 8-10 "special dishes" that come with a supplement of a couple of CHFs.
The food has a good quality, and to me it seemed superior to some Ponte Tresa's / Varese's places like "L'unico" Restaurant or "Yummy Wok 2 Fusion" in Marchirolo. Please mind that the food is not excellent (as you may expect in a deluxe restaurant), but it is waaay above average. I would say that on a scale from 1 to 10, this place gets a solid 8. If you want to eat a 9/10 or 9.5/10 sushi, and don't mind having an "à la carte" menu (aka not All You Can Eat) and paying a lot more, you should go to Oyishi Restaurant in Ponte Tresa.
We all have been really happy with our visit, the food was well presented and had a great quality that is above any all you can eat sushi restaurant I visited. The staff was very friendly and the plate came after a couple of minutes after we've ordered them (exceptionally fast).
The only downsides may be the poor dessert choice (most of the dessert entries were marked as unavailable, leaving a 10 entries menu choice to a 2 entries choice), the loud music and maybe the price (we payed around 35 CHF each because the beverages and the dessert weren't included).
You should definitely pay a visit...
Read moreVery good sushi! I would totally recommend the All You Can Eat offer- up for the value of money. You can almost eat double the sushi amount at the same cost. We ordered 7 sushi plates and 3 tempura plates. The sushi plates were great- the best were the Tokyo and Tiger rolls. The tempura plates were not up to our expectations tho, they were almost tasteless and very oily.
The vibe is great- the staff works really hard. Really they work very hard to have quick service with all the traffic on the restaurant! The only watchout is that the staff don't speak English at all, so maybe google translate can...
