We had a lovely dining experience at this seafood restaurant. We tried the seafood pasta, fried calamari, and a mix of other fried delicacies — everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The dishes were a true taste of the sea, and our whole group thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

However, when we received the bill, we asked if a service charge was included. We were told it was not, but upon closer inspection of the receipt (translated from Italian), it clearly stated a €10 service charge. While we understand that charges like coperto or service fees are common in Italy, we feel transparency is important. It would be more respectful to inform guests upfront, especially when directly asked.
