Terrazza Mare — Restaurant in Caorle

Unfortunately, our evening was a complete letdown. Despite having explicitly requested a table by the sea, our reservation was messed up, and we were given a table further back. The service was chaotic as well. We ordered three Pina Coladas but only received one, which barely tasted like a Pina Colada. The replacement drinks that were brought out weren't any better. The food followed a similar trend: The polenta on the sea bass platter was poorly seasoned, and the mussels in white wine sauce were a far cry from what we had expected. The absolute highlight was when we ordered grappas—they were promptly spilled down the back of the people at the table behind us. The staff apologized, but it just fit the picture of a completely botched evening. The location right by the sea is truly beautiful, but unfortunately, that can't make up for the shortcomings in the service and the kitchen. We probably won't...

Esperienza pessima – maleducazione e scarsa attenzione al cliente

Abbiamo prenotato al Ristorante Pizzeria Terrazza Mare di Porto Santa Margherita per la cena di Ferragosto, due famiglie con bambini, specificando in fase di prenotazione il desiderio di un tavolo fronte mare. All’arrivo, ci hanno invece fatto accomodare in un tavolo esterno ma laterale. Poco male, non sarebbe stato un problema se il resto fosse andato bene.

Dopo aver ordinato da bere, il cameriere ci informa che il menù era estremamente limitato: niente pizza (a parte una semplice margherita per bambini), niente snack, niente insalatone. Solo alcuni piatti di cucina. Nessuno, al momento della prenotazione, ci aveva avvisati di queste limitazioni, nonostante fosse una serata importante e affollata come Ferragosto.

Vista la situazione, abbiamo deciso di alzarci e andare via. Uscendo, ci siamo fermati per chiedere spiegazioni al titolare, aspettandoci quantomeno un chiarimento o delle scuse. Al contrario, la risposta è stata di una maleducazione sorprendente: tono arrogante, nessuna comprensione per il disagio creato, e atteggiamento da “problema vostro” che dimostra totale mancanza di attenzione verso i clienti.

A conferma che non si trattava di una nostra impressione, anche altri tavoli hanno lasciato il locale insoddisfatti.

In conclusione, il Ristorante Pizzeria Terrazza Mare di Porto Santa Margherita vive più della posizione che della qualità del servizio: zero trasparenza, zero cortesia, e nessuna volontà di andare incontro alle esigenze di chi sceglie di cenare lì. Un peccato, perché la location ha potenziale, ma la gestione, almeno per quanto visto quella sera, è stata davvero disastrosa.

La risposta del proprietario o chi pernesso sottolinea la mancanza di rispetto nei confronti del cliente e sottolineo che non abbiamo ordinato nulla, quindi non c'è niwnte da pagare.Al momento della prenotazione avevo specificato che avrei voluto mangiare la pizza. Per finire bravo Lei e non si preoccupi non metterò mai più piede lì e la pubblicità che farò...

Unfriendly waiter. We ordered 0,5l beer and got 0,4l, but had to pay for 0,5l. I told the waitress that there must be a mistake, but she simply ignored me and lied to us by saying that we would pay for 0,25l in the end - which totally did not happen. Also one of us ordered a menue which included a hamburger with fries for about 8,00€. But he got served these two things separately which ended in us paying 11,00€. On top of that they charged us for the seats (2,50€ per person). Also the food wasn't good. There was mustard on the hamburger... the mushrooms on the pizza where old and wet....
