I got to know these products about two months ago, which I have been able to consume both for private use and also at various dinners I have prepared for guests. I absolutely appreciated from the start the originality of these products because they are made entirely by hand also using all the raw materials from the territory including the flour that is milled at the moment for the various preparations.

All types of pasta, both fresh and dry pasta, and all other products (sauces, etc.) that you can buy in the shop are of such an excellent quality that you can hardly find anywhere else!

Stuffed pastas are the TOP in terms of both content and wrapping because they hold up well when cooked and have an extraordinary taste that is immediately appreciated. Even if the pasta is seasoned in a very simple way, it is by itself a very rich dish. Both fresh and dry pasta are excellent in texture, in cooking, on the palate and also to the eye they shine beautifully.

In addition, one thing that should definitely be emphasized is that gluten-free products are made separately in another small laboratory to avoid contamination.

I recommend to everyone to come to "Non mi Pasta più" to buy and thus to be able to consume a unique assortment that certainly cannot be found...

They also grow and produce some of their products, which adds flavor and freshness to the dishes. When I arrived I told them that it is rare to find fresh pasta where I am from, and being very hospitable, Stefano (the son), as a treat, prepared a taste of Parmigiana and also fresh tortelloni. For the main course I had Gnocchi with dried tomato, grana padano and almond pesto, and for dessert I was served a pancake made of chestnut flour, with a lemon and orange sauce, as well as sweet ricotta with a taste of lemon and orange peel. My family (wife, daughter, son-in-law, and 3 small grandchildren) had a very enjoyable deep dive into making pasta at Stefano’s laboratory, and subsequently had two fantastic gourmet dinners at our rented villa near Lucca catered by him and his delightful partner, Francesca Manzetti. They are an amazing and delightful couple. We cannot recommend them...

Davvero consigliati, la passione che mettono in quello che fanno fa la differenza fra il buono e il superbo!!!! Le foto ai piatti non ho fatto in tempo a farle!!! AGGIORNAMENTO DELLE 22:00. Provati i tortiglioni ai 4 formaggi e gli gnocchetti di farina di castagne. Con un sughetto ai pistacchi, succo di limone e scorzette sono diventati davvero irresistibili. Questa volta le foto le ho fatte prima che gli avvoltoi saltassero sui piatti. 10+ Tornerò!!!!
