I got to know these products about two months ago, which I have been able to consume both for private use and also at various dinners I have prepared for guests. I absolutely appreciated from the start the originality of these products because they are made entirely by hand also using all the raw materials from the territory including the flour that is milled at the moment for the various preparations.
All types of pasta, both fresh and dry pasta, and all other products (sauces, etc.) that you can buy in the shop are of such an excellent quality that you can hardly find anywhere else!
Stuffed pastas are the TOP in terms of both content and wrapping because they hold up well when cooked and have an extraordinary taste that is immediately appreciated. Even if the pasta is seasoned in a very simple way, it is by itself a very rich dish. Both fresh and dry pasta are excellent in texture, in cooking, on the palate and also to the eye they shine beautifully.
In addition, one thing that should definitely be emphasized is that gluten-free products are made separately in another small laboratory to avoid contamination.
I recommend to everyone to come to "Non mi Pasta più" to buy and thus to be able to consume a unique assortment that certainly cannot be found...
