Il Chiosco — Restaurant in Cardedu

Wonderful little less frequented gem on the beach. Service is genuine and friendly, you can tell these people love what they do. This also shows in the food. We have only tried one dish, the goat-lamb bolognese gnocchi but it was amazing! Prices are absolutely fair compared with the quality of food and the beautiful location. We spend 14€ each for a good portion of gnocchi, beer and water is cheap as it should be. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will be back very soon for sure. Remember, they only serve lunch right now during the month of July and kitchen closes at 3. Oh and in regards to atmosphere…they are playing excellent chill music which is adding to the little “cafe del mar” vibe...

This is by far the best bar along the coastline in Sardegna. We've tried many but this was the one.

They also serve lunch, and it's amazing.

We tried almost everything on the menu and everytime it was sooo good.

I recommend the pulpo, the cozze, the spaghetti vongolé and the fries with pork. Even the salads were really nice.

The service is also great. They treated us so nice everytime we were here. We even got free snacks when we just came for a drink. They go out of their way to not let you wait one second. Did i mention they speak English!?

A must visit when...

Location is great, but service is pretty bad,1 hour waiting for a first dish. Prices very high like a restaurant of the center, while it is just a beach bar. Personnel is nice but service horrible. I got tagliolini with clams and roe, pasta was too much cooked and in a very poor quantity not enough even...
