Sa Scogliera — Restaurant in Cardedu

Location is excellent, just at the beginning of the beach of cardedu so that it is possible to have lunch without leaving the beach. We booked a table the day before, we sat outside in the shadow of the threes, comfortable and refreshed by the breeze. Distance among tables is good in respect of COVID rules. Personnel is kind but they are a few and service is not well organised, so we have to call several times the waitress just for starting ordering. We wait almost one hour and then we got our starters. The antipasto di terra was a mix of salame, ham and cheese, everything was ok, quality in the average. After another hour I got my risotto del pescatore, well cooked and with a good soft taste of white wine, but the fish was most likely frozen and the sauce not particularly tasty. My wife got spaghetti sa scogliera and the sauce and fish were exactly the same, as if the same seasoning is used for all dishes. Then we got coffee and after some complaints from friends for the long waiting time we got mirto offered by the restaurant. Prices are a bit lower than other fish restaurant, in line with the quality and the service (70 euros for two adults and one child). At the end is a nice place where having a break for lunch during the hottes hours of the day, without the need to take the car or to leave for beach, even if food and service is not particularly exiting. Zero spaccato! Sconsiglio!!! Una bruttissima esperienza che si è ripetuta anche quest'anno! Una vergogna. Dopo aver regolarmente prenotato arriviamo nel locale dove già subito NON era pronto il nostro tavolo nonostante ce ne fossero liberi parecchi. Il cameriere ci dice immediatamente che per le pizze ci sarebbe voluto più di un'ora di attesa mentre per la cucina avrebbero fatto subito e così nonostante avessimo voluto mangiare una pizza, cambiamo programma e ordiniamo cucina. Dopo aver chiamato più volte che eravamo pronti ad ordinare anche perché con noi e subito dopo son arrivate altre persone (alle quali dicono le stesse nostre cose per la questione dell'attesa pizza) prendono la consegna e dopo comunque passa più di mezz'ora e al tavolo non ci portano nulla e allora chiedo, avendo con noi un Bambino in attesa di cenare se si può avere almeno del pane(che avrebbero già dovuto portare loro stessi senza doverlo chiedere) e arriva una cameriera con esattamente 4 e dico 4 fettine di pane da dividere in 3 persone e già lì mi son girate le scatole ma poi passa ancora più di mezz'ora e nulla al nostro tavolo non arriva niente e cosi chiedo nuovamente a un cameriere visto che quella di prima aveva portato solo 4 fette piccole di pane se poteva portarne altro( che oltretutto non ci ha più portato perché perso in chiacchiere e in altri tavoli)sollecitando inoltre i piatti che dovevano arrivare (a suo detto iniziale praticamente subito e non sicuramente dopo più di un'ora d'attesa) ma la cosa che ci ha fatto irritare più di tutto è stato che ai tavoli arrivati dopo di noi hanno portato LE PIZZE (QUELLE PIZZE CHE IL CAMERIERE CI AVEVA SCONSIGLIATO DI PRENDERE PER QUESTIONE DI LUNGA ATTESA!) Arrabbiatissimi ci siamo fatti sentire,e la cameriera, rimasta senza parole perché tutto veramente ingiustificabile, non ha aperto bocca e così ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati via senza poter cenare! E chissà quanto ancora ci avrebbero fatto aspettare dato che non ci èstato detto neanche aspettate che stanno uscendo i vostri piatti! (Ma tanto ormai la fame ci era anche passata dopo aver atteso molto più di quel che si può!) Vorrei "denunciare" questo fatto scioccante perché non può accadere che si prendano in giro cosi i clienti soprattutto quando ci sono anche dei bambini che devono mangiare! Questo locale ci aveva già delusi proprio per la questione del servizio molto lento e poco attivo ma volevamo dare una seconda chance e abbiamo fatto malissimo! Non lo consiglio per niente!!! Pessimo servizio e prese in giro ai clienti. Oltretutto anche altra gente ai tavoli vicino ci ha dato ragione avendo assistito a tutto questo e dicendo che anche loro hanno avuto un attesa esagerata per poter mangiare qualcosa! Nonostante ripeto il locale non fosse così pieno. Vergogna vergogna vergogna! Se non si riesce a tenere un certo ritmo non si prendono prenotazioni più di un tot oppure si potenzia il personale che oltretutto deve saper gestire le varie situazioni. Sconsiglio ancora! E non posso neanche aggiugere foto dato che al tavolo non è arrivato nulla...

Had a reservation for 10 people, arrived on time but had to wait more than one hour and a half for our food.
