Very disappointed to find out how inflexible they were. First, I booked wine tasting & food pairings via their website. Then I contacted them via Instagram to find out if they have a restaurant as we always like to eat after wine. They said they do of course. But then I received an email saying that their restaurant is closed and that they can't offer vegetarian food pairings (my hubby and I don't eat meat) and therefore I should only book the standard wine tasting. First of all, I think preparing vegetarian pairings should not be a big deal and secondly why conflicting information between Instagram and emailing. A wonderful location on the beautiful Tuscany hills, the service was top-notch, especially Virginia, the wonderful woman who organized our wedding dinner. The food was fantastic, an unforgettable trip! They helped us with so many things, I can't express my gratitude. Our family was also very happy with their stay. The rooms were very atmospheric and fit in with the rest of the town.
