An incredible experience. The meats and other dishes were spectacular. The ribs are cooked for days and the meat falls off the bone. It’s a family business that is great for everyone, no matter whether you eat gluten or not. We drove across the city to come here and would happily do it again and again. Arrivato in questo locale si percepisce subito la cura e la ricercatezza dei dettagli già dal bellissimo portone di accesso in ferro artigianale che crea dei particolari giochi di luce, la stessa originalità e attenzione la si ritrova all'interno dove nella sala sono presenti legno grezzo, colori caldi e ritagli di giornali vintage a tappezzare il soffitto. Appena entrato ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Domenico e suo fratello, che mi hanno subito fatto sentire a mio agio e mi hanno consigliato cosa scegliere in base ai miei gusti, insieme alla madre preparano dei piatti ricercati, attenti agli abbinamenti dei sapori e alla qualità delle materie prime, per intolleranti al glutine e non solo, che come me, incuriosito dalle foto e dalle recensioni positive ho deciso di provare questa esperienza.
