Very traditional and very family oriented. Not fancy. For example when we had wine the usual process is to open the bottle and let me try it. The young waitress who was eager to try her broken English forgot to go through the hoops of how to open a wine bottle. She shortly after serving us wine, said, "oh you probably wanted to taste first yes?" I just smiled.

They are also flexible in their ingredients. For example we like four cheese pizza (from our time living on the Cote D'Azur), and the way they make the pizza from Cote D'Azur is slightly different. The waitress offered to change the ingredients.

Finally I was offered a free espresso, only found out afterward, and have to say it was very good.

Dopo tanto ci sono tornata la settimana scorsa, la pizza è ottima, è uno dei pochi locali dove riesco a mangiarla x le mie intolleranze alimentari, sui prodotti merita tutti 10 ma x il servizio stento a tornare, ho dovuto aspettare che finisse le pizze da asporto x ottenere la mia sul mio tavolo nonostante la sala con pochissime persone, quando sono entrata stava finendo il telegiornale, ho avuto la mia pizza a 15 minuti del film dopo striscia la notizia, un'attesa...
