Osteria Sadidanda — Restaurant in Castagneto Carducci

We were blown away with a first starter Beef Tartar!!! It is incredible ! Followed by second course, homemade pasta with a tomato sauce, the main course BBQ meat which I don’t know how they made it so good. I love bbq and it was the best bbq I ever had. My husband who is French, said he never had a beef tartare this fresh & this good! My picky eater teenagers loved every course meal....

Anlässlich unseres 10. Hochzeitstages haben wir uns für die Osteria Sadidanda entschieden. Wir sind auf gut Glück hin und haben auch einen schönen Platz bekommen. Wir wurden sehr gut beraten bzgl des Weines und der Vorspeise. Das Amuse bouche ( salziges Schmalzgebäck ) versprach schonmal einen guten Abend. Die Tagliatelle mit Ragout unserer Tochter waren fantastisch. Unsere Vorspeise ( mit Ricotta gefüllte Zucchiniblüten ) ein Traum. Für uns bestellten wir das Bistecca alla Fiorentina mit Bratkartoffeln. Einfach nur genial. Zum krönenden Abschluss entschieden wir uns für das hausgemachte Vanilleeis, Pistazien-Chessecake und ein Tiramisu 😍. Das Tiramisu war das beste was ich jemals gegessen habe. An diesen Abend werden wir uns noch sehr lange erinnern, so gut haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr sicherlich...
