Very delighting service and great food with a twist. The carrots I had for starters blew my mind: delicious, nice texture, great combination of tastes. The fish of my main course was changed from barracuda to mackerel, but I didn't mind. This fish was maybe the best single fish dish I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Questo locale sorge su una piazzetta molto tranquilla nella parte alta del comune di Castagnole delle Lanze, nelle vicinanze di una bellissima chiesa. Nonostante sia in un luogo tranquillo a pochi metri si trovano parcheggi. Abbiamo fatto pranzo nell’epifania nonostante non avessimo prenotato, lo staff ci ha subito trovato una sistemazione in una saletta molto intima e ben arredata. Il locale è molto curato, riprende dettagli di una dimora storica impreziosita da qualche oggetto di arredamento di design. Di giorno è molto luminoso. Per quello che riguarda il pranzo abbiamo mangiato divinamente, il menù è prevalentemente a base di pesce. Ci ha stupito l’abbinamento della battuta di fassona con i Gamberi. Il fritto perfetto e anche le Crudità di mare sono freschissime. Bellissima carta dei vini, all’interno del locale c’è anche una bella cantina. Personale giovane, gentile e soprattutto preparato, che racconta con passione il proprio lavoro. Per curiosità abbiamo anche assaggiato due cocktails fantastici. The wife and I have traveled extensively throughout Europe and the world. This restaurant is among the best: the service was outstanding, helpful and sincere.
