Family dinner on a monday evening. The place was almost empty. Wonderful and spacious terrace facing amazing hills. We had salamis and cheeses board (with figs, onion chutneys, honey) as a starter, a Lasagna (good, promptly cooked), big Ravioli cheese and spinach with butter and almonds (very good), homemade pappardelle with venison sauce (amazing), and wild board stew with polenta (very good too). We went here for lunch. We had 3 meals, 0,5l water and 0,25 of wine pp. And also a coffee afterwards! For just a total of €12 pp. We sat outside on a terrace which gave a good Italian atmosphere. We chose risotto, a salad, meat and eggplant lasagna. It tasted really good! There was an Italian waitress who didn't speak one word of English, but she immediately asked help from her colleague. We found this restaurant along our route without much searching. It looked like a solid, local spot – definitely not a tourist place, so the decor wasn’t anything special, and the clientele was mostly locals or travelers like us. And then came the surprise: I don’t remember the name of the dish (it's in the photo), but it was a homemade pasta with a wild game meat sauce, similar to tagliatelle ragu, though the pasta was a bit heavier.
