Agriturismo Osteria le Balze — Restaurant in Castelfranco Piandiscò

Very lovely hosting family in a simple, yet lovingly looked after agriturismo in a handy location. The on-site restaurant offers genuine food, although there is a slightly limited choice. On the plus side, all food is fleshly prepared. Everybody bends backwards to cater for your needs. ||Unfortunately, we stayed for the w-e only so we could not take advantage of either swiminning pool (too cold) or outdoors barbecuing facilities (no time). I guess it is one of those locations where the weather can influence a lot the quality of your stay. Although centrally and nicely located, there is no special panorama from the rooms. The houses are clean and tidy; we slept very soundly. Breakfast, again, simple and genuine. On the down side, the shower needs urgently some tlc, and the towels some softener. We have spent a week in Agriturismo Le Balze. The apartment was clean,spacious and well furnished. The staff was very kind and helpful. The Osteria restaurant was amazing, loved the food and the red wine! wonderful place to stay!!! ||I would certainly recommend this agriturismo to anyone. Beautiful Tuscany experience!!! ...
