Seems closed and when we wanted to order some drinks we has to buy lunch and food. Doesn’t speak english.

response to the owner: I do speak some Italian and I tried to order la birra and il vino. The only person there only responded with mangare, mangare on all our attempts to communicate also in Italian. When outside was a sign with many drinks. We walked the CAI 51 route and we were not hungry at the moment.

I’m not angry with world and I am not angry with you. I’m having a wonderful vacation in Italy. But if you refuse to serve drinks only during the day, fellow hikers have the right to know this information so they don’t walk the extra km’s outside/to the uphill town.

I leave positive reviews as well, it’s a pity you try to personally insult me and/oror say I only complain to negate this negative review.

Ps You do see the irony of not wanting to serve drinks to us on an empty terrace, blaming it on my bad Italian, but still do all the effort with translation apps now to respond to the review in English?

Fantastic selection of Tuscany food at affordable price - the full menu costs just 25 € per person and includes antipasti variety, delicious pasta, selection of grilled chicken, rabbit, pork and beef meet accompanied by fried potatoes and zucchini, big bottles of house red and whites as well as dessert vin santo and Tuscany sweet cakes. sono stato in questo luogo, la prenotazione è stata un po' come prenotare in un posto esclusivo, sembrava che le 13,30 fosse stata un'ora fuori dell' ordinario... ho fatto le corse , venendo da Firenze ho messo google maps per non avere problemi. Siamo arrivati alle 13 era tutto da apparecchiare con poche macchine nell'aia ! Il paesaggio era molto bello le balze del valdarno era sotto di noi e le colline intorno gli facevano da cornice. Abbiamo aspettato che i tavoli venissero occupati.... molto dopo sono arrivati gli antipasti, nulla di particolare tra l'altro ad altri erano arrivati i crostini di fegatini a noi no, e essendo un menù fisso ci siamo sentiti preso in giro...... dopo un po' molto dopo sono arrivati due primi carbonara e maccheroncini al ragù fatti bene ma tiepidi..... il secondo è stata una tragedia dopo molto ma comunque mal di poco eravamo a chiacchera è arrivata fredda e rinsecchita..... fate voi le considerazioni. Abbiamo speso 105 eurini 35 eurini a testa ho concordato 100, hanno portato vinsanto e cantuccini buoni tutto. In definitiva non è da imputarsi al personale, c'era una sola persona a servire e la cucina non era ben sincronizzata, mancava il boss a sincronizzare il tutto, lui era...
