Gulino Pizza & Dintorni — Restaurant in Castellana Sicula

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Gulino Pizza & Dintorni", and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, with a cosy and rustic decor which blends perfectly with the contemporary environment in Castellana Sicula. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

The real highlight of the evening was, of course, the pizza. Although the wide selection made the choice a bit tricky at first, I found my favourites among the fanciful pizzas and I eventually opted for a "Via Toniolo". The crust was perfectly crispy, the tomato sauce rich and tangy, the mozzarella was creamy and blended to perfection with the "Grana" cheese. The fresh sausage meat and the baked potatoes with erbs enriched the flavour making this pizza absolutely scrumptious.

I still think about the food here months later! Hands down one of the absolute top notch pizza places in the world. Everything is so fresh and delicious. You can go with more traditional pizzas or some incredibly creative ones. Desserts are also incredible (our fav one with honey from their farm is pictured twice as we had it each time) and so delicious and creative as well. Ivan is also wonderful and took such good care of us each time we were there. He even shared some honey from their farm with us which is absolutely gorgeous!
