Rosmarino — Restaurant in Castellaneta

What a lovely surprise! This restaurant really deserves 5 start! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We had starters capocollo and burrata cheese and cavatelli with mussels and tomatoes, just to die for. Then I asked if they can make for me some carbonara, my daugher had American pizza and husband ordered grilled zampina sausage, capocollo , bombette, chicken breast, lamb sticks. The portion was huge! Too bad I didn't take a picture of it, I was too busy helping to eat it. As drinks we ordered a glass of Chardonnay for myself and a bottle of Fanova D.O.C. Gioia Del Colle, Terrecarsiche, Primitivo Gioia del Coll. We also had some desert, I had Tiramisu and my daughter had passion fruit and white chocolate cheesecake with two affogato (expresso with vanilla ice cream). Everything was divine! It was not a cheap dinner but we knew that and it was definitely worth it. The service was 5 star as well, the waiter went the extra mile for checking if they can prepare the carbonara, recommended the right wine for the dishes and he was over to our table many times to check if we were happy with our food. Siamo state ospiti anche quest'anno del " villaggio i turchesi ", a Castellaneta marina, per 3 settimane ed abbiamo avuto modo di frequentare il ristorante " rosmarino" all' interno del villaggio. Vorrei davvero sottolineare come tutto sia stato perfetto. Dalla bonta' e squisitezza dei piatti e la varietà delle scelte, alla cortesia e familiarità del maitre Carlo e della responsabile Letizia, sempre attenti ad ogni esigenza, con il sorriso e la loro disponibilità. Vorrei menzionare inoltre il personale di sala tutto, con una nota speciale per la professionalità, cordialità e simpatia di Davide. Abbiamo anche avuto modo di frequentare quotidianamente il bar " i limoni", per la colazione ed il servizio lunch . Un grazie speciale alla gentilezza ed affabilità di Giovanni, Davide, Letizia, lo chef dei primi piatti ed il personale tutto, che si sono sempre distinti per la cortesia ed allegria.Va riconosciuto a tutti loro il merito di aver reso speciale, a me ed alla mia famiglia, queste settimane di vacanze al villaggio. Ristorante Rosmarino, siete bravissimi! Название ресторана с таким сочным и ароматным названием заслуживает самых лучших похвал 💚 И не зря их команда получила награду “Great Job” за высокий уровень обслуживания, разнообразное меню и просто вкусные блюда! Постом ранее я писала про их изменившийся принцип работы в связи с нормами последних пары лет, что их и вывело на новый уровень качества. Блюда в карусели-это то, чем нас угощали на ужин. Антипасти, первые и вторые блюда, фрукты и десерт. Десерты не успевали фотографироваться 😅 Свежие морепродукты, утонченные блюда из пасты и деликатные рыбные вторые блюда… И что приятно, команда Розмарина по окончанию нашего прибытия в отеле лично каждый поблагодарили за выбор их ресторана и пожелали приятного возвращения домой💚 Ну а по прибытию придётся договариваться с весами ⚖️ и...
