We just had an amazing experience in Petito Pastry. The pastry is excellent and meets without any doubt the highest standards. I live in Belgium and had the luck to have had dinner in several Michelin star restaurants. Hence, I can compare and I dear to say that the desserts made by Alessandra Petito can compete with the ones maid by famous chefs as Joost Arijs and Roger van Damme. If you our in this region, you should visit this pastry shop. I can promise you a very lovely experience ! The maximum this site allows to give is 5 stars but if I could, for this pastry, I would have given more. I've been there by the end of the September and I only have good words for this place and 5 stars. I've been getting their pizza and sorts of breads as well their cocktails made by Christian, great service by Valentina and Serena as well delicious pastichinis made by Erinda. I'm very certain that I have missed lot of names from the rest of the team and please forgive me. If you are passing by or you are near by Castellanza I highly recommend Alessandro Petito for their amazing cooked food, focaccia pizza, pastry, Cafe, cocktail, and small sweets they do daily also last but not least their amazing smile and service. Delusione più assoluta in quanto pulizia e servizio. Pulizia: sedie in finta pelle che perdono pezzi, polvere ovunque e ragnatele sui lampadari e muri. Servizio: beh che dire, la signora bionda alla cassa ci fa pagare le cose ordinate e ci invita a sederci un po’ dove vogliamo. Dopo aver ricevuto l’ordine al tavolo e averlo terminato, decido di alzarmi e ordinare un altro drink che ho pagato subito, drink che ho dovuto chiedere nuovamente dopo ben 20 minuti di attesa dalla mia richiesta alla gentile ragazza che serve ai tavoli mostrando lo scontrino (nonostante il locale fosse quasi vuoto). Mentre lasciavo il locale, visto lo sguardo biasimevole del barista (come se non avessi pagato lo spritz ordinato) mi avvicino per mostrargli lo scontrino del drink pagato. La risposta del barman mi ha scioccato in quanto fuori logo e sarcasmo non richiesto, praticamente mi ha ringraziato per la mia gentilezza di aver pagato una cosa che dovevo pagare (in modo sarcasticamente inappropriato). Detto ciò credo che comunque tutti possano sbagliare però sono andato in questo locale perché mi è stato riferito che è gestito da un noto pasticcere; per la mia modesta esperienza posso affermare che questo locale manca di professionalità e competenza di gestione. Bisogna ricordarsi che la miglior pubblicità in questo settore è il passaparola e non le storie su Instagram.
