Tourist rip-off IN MY OPINION.
The homemade pappardelle was absurdly thick. The Picis were ok-ish. And the sugo as well.
The rest? A complete disaster. The tagliatas were not only low-grade but also cooked with all the finesse of a novice. The contorni? Don’t even get me started. Bland, under-seasoned, and utterly forgettable. No salt, barely a hint of rosemary or truffle in the tagliatas—definitely not worth the absurd price they’re charging.
The wine? Just passable.
Sure, taste might be subjective, but our group was unanimous: this restaurant should shut down its sorry excuse for a kitchen and use the space for something more useful—like additional hotel rooms. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, save the gas for a better one.

My first time here. A fantastic location exacerbated by it being a lovely evening. Not a huge menu, but more than adequate to cover most regular tastes. Accoglienza, gusto e cura: in una sola parola, perfezione. Si riassume facilmente così l'esperienza che abbiamo vissuto da Lars - Resort Porsenna. Scelgo questo posto spinto dalle recensioni super positive, tra tutte sul servizio che notavo ottime principalmente sulla cura delle cliente: seppur già preparato alle alte aspettative, mai avrei immaginato di sentirmi così coccolato fin dal primo minuto del nostro arrivo. Iniziamo con un aperitivo vista Lago di Chiusi (merita davvero, grazie a Herald che al telefono ci ha consigliato di arrivare prima rispetto all'orario di prenotazione) per poi addentrarci nel percorso culinario di terra che il menù propone. Il tutto contornato da una location davvero meravigliosa, una pace totale dove non si può desiderare altro che tornare. E così faremo. Solitamente è il ristoratore a esprimere riconoscenza verso il cliente, ma stavolta può essere soltanto il cliente a ringraziare di aver potuto cenare in un luogo così magico....
