We discovered this restaurant while traveling and was immediately drawn to its unique and creative interior design, which feels both stylish and cozy. I decided to try their dinner, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the sauces paired perfectly with the ingredients, elevating the flavors to another level. The staff were very friendly, attentive to our needs without being intrusive, making the whole dining experience very enjoyable. La mia recensione fa capo a qualche mese fa, quindi le cose potrebbero essere cambiate. La faccio breve: materie prime buone, il menù complessivamente buono in termini di scelta (personalmente sono andato a pranzo), per il prezzo che ha è sicuramente onesto (dichiarato AYCE 16.99 in gg lavorativo a pranzo, ma tanto con l'acqua arrivate sempre circa a 20). Ora, se dovessi recensire solo la qualità darei volentieri 4 stelle abbondanti (non 5, ho trovato materie prime migliori). La stella in meno è dovuta al servizio e al "concept" del locale: si punta troppo sull'estetica (piatti esteticamente molto accattivanti, così come l'interno del locale) a discapito della velocità con la quale vengono consegnate le portate. Mai visto un locale che ci mettesse 20 minuti a consegnare UNA porzione di sashimi a pranzo con circa 25 clienti in tutto il locale (e nell'ordine non c'era nient'altro, era stato fatto apposta per capire se ero io scemo ad esagerare i tempi). Ci sta tantissimo decorare i piatti, per carità, ma manco a far aspettare una vita per due cose in croce. Il mio timore è la sera nel weekend, quando il locale fa il pieno. Nel dubbio, nel weekend di sera lo evito. In settimana, quando mi ricapiterà e se ricapiterà, ci tornerò volentieri sperando abbiano migliorato le preparazioni in termini di velocità :) Allego foto della singola portata di sashimi preparata...
