Ristorante Pizzeria O' Sole Mio — Restaurant in Cavallino-Treporti

When we arrived everyone was smiling and the restaurant had a good atmosphere. A nice lady sat us down and we ordered a Deliziosa which is 15€, plus we ordered it in a bigger size, which adds a 5€ plus. As you can read it in the menu it should contain dried tomatoes but when the pizza arrived the tomato had a different texture as you can see it on my picture. We didn’t realized this only after we left, but we felt the whole time that something didn’t add up. Sadly we couldn’t complain at the restaurant at the time. We are really angry now because not only we didn’t receive what we paid for but 2€/person was added to the check, which was not mentioned only when we wanted to pay. They told us you have to pay this at every restaurant in Italy, which is ridiculous because we never had to pay such a thing and we have been to many Italian restaurants before, this is not our first time in the country, so this is not a real explanation. If you want the people to leave a tip choose a different method, this makes people mad, and the whole restaurant experience worthless and annoying. I wish we went to an...

Wir waren im Zuge unseres Urlaubs mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind dort essen. Der Außenbereich des Restaurants ist als Biergarten gestaltet und sehr schön und gemütlich. Uns wurde sofort ein Tisch zugewiesen und ein Hochstuhl hingestellt. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Fritto Misto, die waren uns leider (für 10€) zu klein und auch versalzen. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir zwei Pizzen, eine mit Lachs und eine mit Mozzarella und Serrano- Schinken und ein Kinderteller mit Penne panna e prosciutto und alles war hervorragend und ausreichend groß. Getränke waren auch super und das Essen kam sehr schnell. Die Toiletten im Restaurant sind sehr sauber. Und der Preis ist Alles in Allem in Ordnung. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass die Bedienungen total kinderlieb waren. Diese Sprachen aber ausschließlich englisch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

We ate there during our vacation with two adults and a toddler. The restaurant's outdoor area is designed as a beer garden and is very nice and cozy. We were immediately assigned a table and provided with a highchair. For our starter, we had Fritto Misto, which was unfortunately too small for us (for €10) and too salty. For our main course, we had two pizzas, one with salmon and one with mozzarella and Serrano ham, and a children's plate with penne panna e prosciutto. Everything was excellent and a good size. The drinks were also great, and the food arrived very quickly. The restrooms in the restaurant are very clean. And the price is all in all reasonable. It's also worth mentioning that the waiters were very friendly with children. They only spoke English, though. We were very satisfied!

Abbiamo mangiato lì durante la nostra vacanza con due adulti e un bambino piccolo. L'area esterna del ristorante è stata concepita come una birreria all'aperto ed è molto bella e accogliente. Ci è stato assegnato subito un tavolo e ci è stato fornito un seggiolone. Come antipasto abbiamo preso il Fritto Misto, che purtroppo era troppo piccolo per noi (10 €) e troppo salato. Come piatto principale abbiamo preso due pizze, una al salmone e una con mozzarella e prosciutto serrano, e un piatto per bambini con penne panna e prosciutto. Tutto era eccellente e di buone dimensioni. Anche le bevande erano ottime e il cibo è arrivato molto velocemente. I bagni del ristorante sono molto puliti. E il prezzo è tutto sommato ragionevole. Vale la pena sottolineare che i camerieri sono stati molto gentili con i bambini. Parlavano solo inglese, però. Siamo rimasti molto...

Parte prima: Scrivo questa recensione a nome e per conto di mio figlio, questo per giusta correttezza della stessa. Cena con Amici ieri sera, 24 Agosto, 2024. Arriviamo alle 21 circa, eravamo in 4, la cameriera molto premurosa ci prepara un tavolo. Quindi le premesse si presentano molto buone. Non è sempre positivo nutrire buone cose al solo primo acchito. Ordiniamo tre pizze e sciolto l'enigma della carbonara come pastasciutta e non come pizza, si parte con l'attesa. Informati del fatto che la carbonara arriverà prima delle pizze, va bene comunque. Infatti sono arrivate prima le pizze che la pastasciutta. Margherita che non meritano molte capacità nella preparazione, infatti, non erano molto male se non che erano passate all'inferno prima del nostro tavolo, un po' troppo bruciacchiate. Le patate sulla terza pizza erano poste in cottura, si erano anch'esse godute il loro inferno. La pastasciutta, a nostro avviso, non meritava di essere chiamata carbonara. Chi l'ha ordinata è sicuramente capace di un giudizio in merito essendo uno dei piatti di cui va golosa. Quindi, tralasciando gli aspetti negativi riscontrati nella preparazione del piatto, possiamo, con una certa sicurezza che non ha superato una valutazione sufficiente. Il conto, di quanto ordinato fosse stato di nostro gradimento, cosa non riscontrata, sarebbe stato giusto. La nostra esperienza, non vuole screditare l'operato, ma vi sono ottimi margini di miglioramento. Ovviamente non possiamo promuove questo locale, ne consigliarlo, ma confidiamo in un miglioramento delle pizze e una carbonara Doc. Parte seconda: Leggo con molta stima la risposta dell'esercente. Ammettere le imperfezioni derivanti da una criticità momentanea è più che onesto e lodevole. Certamente per noi è stata una esperienza bellissima, ma possiamo concordare con la tesi del gestore, insomma, ci può stare. Vista l'onestà letta nel commento si ha la netta sensazione che le stelle conquistate nelle precedenti recensioni ci possono stare. Per ciò, cogliamo l'invito di una nuova chance, se la merita. Verremo più che volentieri per una esperienza sicuramente...
