Ristorante Sound Beach — Restaurant in Cavallino-Treporti

Rude and disrespectful person who "guards" the umbrellas (man with baldness). He says we should go because all the umbrellas are reserved, but there is no one to see. He talked so disrespectful to us, nobody can know that all the umbrellas are reserved. When we go to other umbrellas afterwards, this man comes back after 2 hours and claims that these umbrellas would belong to soundbeach and wants 10 euros from us, what is obviously not right.When we start a conversation with him, he only says a few words in Italian because he does not speak English, threatens with police. When we tell him by translator that he is disrespectful, he extends his hand and suddenly gives us back the 10 euros what he put in his pocket. Obviously these umbrellas did not belong to Soundbeach because they had a different color. We have never experienced anything like this before, for us it is criminal behavior. We have been there twice for dinner. The surrounding restaurants were a dissapointment (except one other) and we were full of hope to find a good place. Long story short, food is great. We tried several dishes and all of the have been great. Staff was super friendly and you could feel she was doing it because she like it. I personally had once the beef skewer which was fantastic and pretty tender and the second time the pork bally. Despite the waitress told me the pork bally isn't a specialty of them it was amazing. To cook a steak well isn't a big thing but a chef which makes out of a second cut like a pork bally such nice dish, he knows how to cook. By the way, also the red wines are great. Nous avions réservé une table sur leur site internet. À notre arrivée, il a fallu interpeller un serveur car personne ne nous a accueilli (des personnes arrivées après ont été placées avant nous....). La commande a été prise (apéritifs et un plat). Le plat d'une personne a été apporté en même temps que les cocktails, bon ... Les 3 autres plats ont été apportés après mais il y a eu une erreur sur la commande. Au lieu de s'en excuser, on nous a envoyé le barman (très gentil et seul à parler anglais) pour nous expliquer que c'était nous qui n'avions pas désigné la bonne ligne sur le menu alors que si ; et surtout le nom du plat était en anglais dans leur menu, donc pas d'erreur de notre part quant à la prononciation... Bref, on a fini par être servis des 3 plats commandés quand la première personne avait déjà fini le sien... Le tarif du couvert est assez cher (pour n'avoir rien eu en attendant la commande ni avec le cocktail) , les prix des boissons et plats sont corrects. Nourriture bonne mais sans plus.
