Drugstore — Restaurant in Cecina

The pizza itself was good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. We had to wait around 50 minutes for our pizzas, and one of them was even served together with the starter, so by the time it was eaten, it was already cold.

When the staff asked how the service was, I politely explained the long wait and the issue with the timing of the dishes. Instead of apologizing or showing understanding, the family running the place told me to “chill out” and dismissed my feedback. I wasn’t asking for a discount or making a scene; I simply answered honestly when asked.

Ieri ho festeggiato il mio compleanno a questo locale. Ho prenotato una settimana in anticipo e un po' prima dell'ora prestabilita sono stata chiamata e gli ho comunicato che saremmo state meno persone, cosa che non ho potuto comunicare prima visto che io come loro sono stata avvisata all'ultimo, e già li il tono mi è sembrato scortese. Arrivati al locale quando ho chiesto dove sederci mi è stato detto sgarbatamente di metterci fuori. Abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti una persona in ritardo e non ci hanno nemmeno portato l'acqua durante l'attesa, dopo che è arrivata la persona il servizio è continuato lentissimo, il condimento della pizza è stato poco vario e la pizza non era per niente buona, sapeva di cartone ed era molto bruciata. Per come sono stata trattata, per la velocità del servizio e per la qualità del cibo io personalmente non penso ne sia valsa la pena, non credo tornerò.

Risposta: Ero davanti alla porta del locale alle 19:50, ci siamo seduti alle 20:10 (giusto il tempo che arrivassero le persone) e i piatti sono tornati vuoti perché era tardi e avevamo fame e soprattutto dopo avere iniziato a mangiare non potevamo alzarci e andare via perché avremmo dovuto pagare e non sarebbe stato rispettoso dopo avervi occupato i posti. Comunque con questa vostra risposta avete solo dimostrato che siete sgarbati proprio come ho scritto io nella recensione qui sopra. Spero che chi legge si renda conto a che tipo di servizio sta dando...

We were put in the second room where 15 unsupervised very loud ( screeming, banging empty bootles or hands on tables...) teenagers were celebrating a birthday (when the ladies in charge of that group were sitting in the 1st quiet room).
