Huge plus point: Finally somebody having a printed English Menu. The waitress was so Cool, that it was close to rudeness…. 🥺… big minus. She didn’t even tried to be nice. There was an apperitivo on the house with tripe and potatoes. Tasty but you have to like tripe. We ordered the three-fish starters, which was a unique experience as they were served one after the other. Very, very nice. My husband had the milanese pork with rosemary potatoes and I had the catch of the day with mashed potatoes and green beans. I guess the sauce must have been something with anchovies. Although az the neighbouring table each dish was introduced to the guests We didn’t receive any further information nor weren’t even asked if We wanted to have desert. The food was out of question: outstanding and of the highest quality! Wow! But please: make your staff smile to your guests and make the guests at least halfway...

Erano molti anni che non tornavamo in questo ristorante, di cui avevamo proprio un bel ricordo Peccato che l'esperienza di questa volta sia stata deludente... Abbiamo ordinato delle ostriche, ma non erano buone, andate a male forse, tanto che mia figlia ha dovuto vomitare poco dopo. Un cameriere davvero gentile e disponibile di fronte a questo spiacevole episodio, è stato presente poi per tutta la serata, chiedendo come stesse e sostituendo immediatamente le ostriche, che già alla vista, erano completamente diverse dalle prime… Purtroppo, le altre cameriere sono state indifferenti, e solo alla fine una di loro è venuta a chiedere come si sentisse, ma meravigliandosi un po’ perché a detta sua le aveva servite tutta la sera senza nessuna lamentela... Inoltre, come antipasto avevamo ordinato un mare tiepido con asparagi, ma ci è stato invece servito con carote, finocchi e sedano, e alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, la cameriera ha risposto in modo sgarbato dicendo che non era stagione degli asparagi… bastava non scriverli sul menu, in quanto queste altre verdure potevano anche non piacerci Alla fine le ostriche ci sono state tolte dal conto, ma l'esperienza è stata deludente, nonostante gli altri piatti...

Il cibo era buono, nulla da dire sulla qualità dei piatti. Tuttavia, il locale è chiaramente sopravvalutato. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è affatto adeguato: i prezzi sono alti per quello che viene offerto. Il servizio è stato tutt’altro che cordiale, anzi, piuttosto scortese e frettoloso. Alla fine del conto, inoltre, ci è stato restituito meno resto del dovuto, il che ha lasciato un'ulteriore brutta impressione.
