Ristorante Pizzeria Fiore — Restaurant in Cecina

This restaurant was on a long list of places recommended by the hotel where we stayed and the main attractive for us was the very short distance from our resort (we were tired) and the opening time of 7pm for dinner. The location is on a main road, and although it has quite a large parking and a terrace with ample space, it's certainly not a panoramic restaurant.Their menu is quite basic and they serve typical local dishes and pizza. We had a steak and a local filled past with a great sauce. Unfortunately the dessert was not quite up to the level of the main. Our waiter was friendly and service was OK. What a wonderful experiance!

Having been recommended to try this restaurant by our host in a local b&b I read the reviews and was a little put off by some others comments. I took the chance and boy am I glad I did!

What a place... although my first time in Italy, with only the "pleasantries" they went out of their way to make us feel at home (in what is obviously a local Italian restaurant) and made the whole night special. My wife swears its one of the nicest meals shes ever had.

We were so late as our ferry from Elba arrived late to Piombino. We basically arrived as they were closing for the afternoon but the nice lady waiting at tables welcomed us with the best smile you could ever get and offered us a limited but interesting choice of pasta.
