Très décevant. A éviter ! Nous avions réservé deux chambres pour une nuit dans cet hôtel sur booking.com mais notre ferry a été retardé à cause de la météo. Nous avons prévenu l'hôtel Cantuccio de ce retard 12 h avant l'arrivée prévue, on nous a répondu qu'il était impossible de nous accueillir vers minuit et qu'il fallait annuler notre réservation. Nous avons annulé immédiatement la réservation, nous avons ensuite passé la nuit sur un parking dans notre voiture et l'hôtel a quand même prélevé sur notre compte bancaire l'intégralité du prix des 2 chambres ! Nous avons ensuite demandé le remboursement, l'hôtel a refusé en précisant que l'annulation gratuite ne peut se faire que 48 h avant... Beau geste commercial !! Belle...

Ambiente molto confortevole ed amichevole, giovani che trainano un attività che dimostra le capacità della truppa. Ho fatto una richiesta atipica ad una cena con coviaggiatori di treno, quindi giustamente in coda agli ordini. Tempistiche eccellenti per il servizio, nonostante il locale PIENO. Pizza eccezionale con un impasto decisamente buono, ben lievitato e materie prime di prima scelta. Che dire, scelta di birre alla spina di prim'ordine. Un complimento va soprattutto al servizio che ha saputo gestire bene ordini disparati e gestiti in modo eccelso.

Ragazzi, continuate così. Prima o poi verrò a fare aperitivo visto i prezzi super onesti del menù!...
