When I am in Italy a lot of times the food is good but doesn’t hit the spot. EVERY time I have eaten here it has been the exact flavors and textures that I hope for. The sauces perfectly made, the pasta cooked just right. The food is like a warm hug. The dishes I’ve had aren’t complicated but they are perfectly executed and that’s not what I’ve found even in the larger cities. It’s the best location in the square to eat. Their Amatriciana, Carbonara and Spaghetti alle vongole are to die for. They also serve incredible pastries and coffee for breakfast. Often people of all ages gather here to enjoy their evenings. Mara and her husband Luca are wonderful at what they do and I am looking forward to coming back to Ceprano for years to come to enjoy...

La peggior amatriciana che abbia mai mangiato! Siamo nel Lazio e se non sapete cucinare questo piatto, lasciate stare la ristorazione. Non parliamo poi del servizio, menú pieno di piatti da ordinare ma essendo venerdì ci si doveva adattare a soli 3 primi, i classici della cucina laziale, che poi sono risultati immangiabili. dopo un'ora e 10 dall'ordine per una minerale ed una birra il gestore:"non vi lamentate per l'attesa, io lavoro e voi fate i vacanzieri" 40 minuti dopo carne di gomma e verdure grigliate crude, sempre il gestore' "Quando liberate il tavolo che io devo lavorare?" .
