Ittiturismo da Alessandro — Restaurant in Chioggia

We have booked for a party of five, three adults and 2 kids for the first evening sitting. After reading all the reviews we were a bit worried but decided to go , only if for the experience of the location. The place is very rustic , don't expect any fine dining with top notch service. The place has wooden picknick bench tables and food is served on a plastic plate with plastic cutlery. But the owner was accommodating enough and happy to amend kids dishes. We ordered spaghetti with clams for kids, seafood spaghetti, spaghetti with baby cuttlefish and radicchio and grilled sardines with polenta. The dishes are very simple with only few ingredients, which only shows the quality of the seafood. Portions were more than we could eat , everything fresh, pasta cooked and seasoned to perfection. And one of us was from a fishing village in Puglia so he has quite a critical eye. As a sharing plate we ordered fritto misto, mixed deep fried seafood, which had plenty of melt in your mouth fresh calamari, sardines, prawns and fish fry, amd all of us commented on how delicious it was. One star for the great view, one for the service. The third for parts of the menu, which is ok as a snack. Sarde in saore were ok as a light starter. Pepata di Cozze in opposite were few compared to the prize. Parts of fish dishes are made of frozen goods. Expected a fishery "ittiturismo" to serve only fresh and changing fish dishes. Premetto che non avevo nessuna pretesa e nessuna aspettativa essendo un ittiturismo Ordinato : 2 cozze 2 spaghetti alle vongole e un fritto misto. Nulla da dire su cozze e frittura (non eccezionali ma abbastanza buoni… gli spaghetti alle vongole mi spiace ma erano davvero senza sapore .. pasta cotta.. scolata e messa nel piatto tanto che dopo averli assaggiati li ho lasciati lì , completamente senza alcun sapore ( 15 vongole grandi come un chicco di caffè) immangiabili, mente il mio compagno li ha finiti solamente perché era affamato visto che non aveva pranzato, ma la cosa che mi ha sconcertato è che il cameriere accortosi che non li avevo praticamente toccati non mi ha chiesto assolutamente nulla .. ha portato via il piatto velocemente e basta. Al pagamento mi aspettavo che mi venisse chiesto: Tutto bene?? .. ma niente anche da parte del proprietario.. quindi dopo aver saldato il conto (65 euro in due) ho esposto molto gentilmente a quest’ultimo il mio dispiacere spiegando l’accaduto.. La risposta è stata: Dirò al cameriere di fare più attenzione…senza interessarsi del problema che avevo riscontrato su questo piatto di spaghetti visto che li ho pagati ma non mangiati ..mi aspettavo solamente più comprensione da parte del titolare stesso che ho trovato poco cordiale e poco interessato al problema… Quasi non gli interessasse… Penso che fare ristorazione non sia da tutti e serve molta passione e amore … in questa cucina non ho nessuna di queste due cose .. tantomeno gentilezza e...
