Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato al tavolo il benvenuto della casa; una ricottina fresca condita con pomodoro ed accompagnato con un grissino di pasta sfoglia fatto in casa. Poi abbiamo scelto 3 antipasti: la polentina morbida con funghi e polpettine di salsiccia, il prosciutto crudo d'Osvaldo con frico polenta e mix di sott'oli e Tartara di manzo. Piatti straordinari, belli alla vista quanto al gusto. Di primo abbiamo diviso uno sformato del giorno su crema di zucca e crumble di frico....a dir poco sublime. Il crumble che da quel tocco di croccante al piatto che lo rende completo. Di secondo abbiamo scelto lo spiedone millefoglie di Irish beef con patate; la carne tenerissima che si sciolglie in bocca e patate ben condite e tenere.
