McDonald's — Restaurant in Ciampino

I'm from England touring Europe on holiday and visited the drive through 10 minutes before close on Saturday night. As i don't speak Italian the Mcdonalds team rallied around amongst themselves and there were two members of staff who could communicate with me. I wanted to order a Veggie burger and although they didnt have this option the team were kind enough to offer to make up a salad bun. At nearly 2am in the morning when you've had a long day travelling this was just the kind of 'Can do' attitude that i greatly appreciated....

Just another McDonald's. We went there coming back from a live concert near there. Food was McDonald's food, nothing special... I put two stars on services because we waited almost 15-20 minutes to eat, if I remember well McDonald's is considered a "fast food", it was night but one cannot wait so long to eat trashy junk food, we went there because it was night and wanted to eat something quickly before coming home, we ended wasting one hour in there. Ambient was classic McDonald's ambient, just a bit dirtier...

Credo il peggior McDonald’s in cui sia mai stato, e ne ho girati tanti. Siamo andati per l’evento del menù Crispy Mcbacon a 3 euro ovvero un giovedì sera.

Posso capire che ci sia stata tanta gente, ma al nostro arrivo c’erano quattro gatti nel locale: TUTTO SPORCO, tavoli non lavati pieni di briciole e liquidi, il cestino stracolmo non svuotato ed il pavimento era sporchissimo.

Al di là della pulizia, ordiniamo dallo schermo il menù e paghiamo con carta, giustamente la carta dello scontrino era finita e dobbiamo solo basarci sulla buona fede dei dipendenti per il servizio al tavolo. Aspettiamo almeno 15 minuti e niente. Allora mi alzo e vado a vedere come mai non arriva la nostra cena e indovinate? Per qualche ragione non portavano i vassoi al tavolo e ce li hanno lasciati in bella vista davanti alla cassa senza chiamarci, come se dovessimo già sapere che non facevano il servizio al tavolo (anche se dopo hanno inziato a farlo nonostante la mole di gente anche maggiore).

Aggiungo che non c’era tutta questa calca da giustificare uno scempio simile. Che poi vabbè anche il cibo era tutto raffazzonato, FREDDO, giustamente, e le patatine piene di olio perché mal...
