During our 9-day trip through Italy, we had many wonderful meals, but our lunch at Bellini truly stood out. We were on our way back to Switzerland and found this restaurant by chance. Despite arriving just 15 minutes before closing, the staff greeted us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcome. The food was nothing short of spectacular. We started with the paccheri pasta with gambero rosso, a dish so flavorful it was 'out of space'âtruly a culinary masterpiece. Our four-year-old daughter had the tagliata, which was so tender she barely had to chew it. The ravioli with black truffle had a good taste of truffle, though I feel this is probably not the top quality truffle, judging the the texture of the truffle itself. Still, the taste was good, and it was large enough.
The fish was well made, fairly satisfying, and I felt was priced fairly well, even though I'd like the dish to be a bit larger.
Bruschetta with champignon mushrooms and black truffle was quite good and I felt the taste was fairly spot on.
For desert we had ice cream with black truffle which I wouldn't order again. It has the novelty of the black truffle, but I felt the taste really didn't work well.
