Che dire é stata una bellissima sorpresa assaggiare i piatti della zona, cucinati con tanta maestria. Cordialità e simpatia dei titolari. Quindi vi consiglio vivamente di andare a gustare queste prelibatezze e perché no pernottare nelle loro camere per poi visitare questi luoghi bellissimi. Ieri sera siamo stati orientati in questa osteria con cucina da un amico del posto. Un posto tipico friulano, dove il sorriso è la ospitalità della Signora ( che non ricordo il nome, la vecchiaia) illuminano l’ambiente . Abbiamo mangiato le tagliatelle con il cinghiale, dove non avrei voluto che non finissero mai, il gulasch , saporito al punto giusto, tenero e con un filo d’olio ( fatto da loro con erbe tagliate in piccolissimi pezzetti e peperoncino) era la fine del mondo . Il contorno, una peperonata dolciastra che ci stava benissimo.. Vino buono, il liquore di mirtilli era denso e piacevole.. abbiamo pagato il giusto, assieme ad una clientela DOCG di origine friulana.. complimenti ci...
