Bistrè — Restaurant in Civita Castellana

What a find. We booked online for this gorgeous little restaurant - they were able to accommodate our party of ten (including 2 children under 5).

The food was out of this world - delicious, beautiful, amazing!! They created vegan options for one of us; they made sure the children were served quickly (with fantastic simple tomato pasta).

The salmon was the best I have ever tasted and really worth the 20 minutes extra wait...which they told us about in advance and which we didn't even notice because they kept serving other antipasti dishes!!

The pasta dishes and desserts were also heavenly (especially the fresh pineapple and the fruit topped cheesecake).

A truly perfect meal, served quickly and charmingly by attentive and friendly staff.

10 people for a celebration dinner. Service was attentive and quick. They took care of the children's needs straight away. Food,starters and second piatti, were superb and beautifully presented. They catered for vegan and lactose intolerance too and adapted their menu for the guests. Great wines too. Desserts were wonderful. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish and we would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended and if you're visiting this region, come to this restaurant. You will love it as...

Scrivo a nome di un gruppo di ragazzi che hanno partecipato al pranzo dei 100 giorni il giorno martedi 15 marzo. Smentisco vivamente le precedenti recensioni effettuate da profilo "anonimo" e dico che: Antipasto abbondante( salumi vari, formaggi buoni, pinsa fritta farcita direi ottima, fritti e bruschette)

Primo: lasagna calda e molto buona, pasta alla gricia direi top.

Secondo: patatine fritte calde e gustose

Il dolce molto buono(moretta) e prosecco alla fine

Vino e acqua a volontá, servizio molto gradito da noi ragazzi 😀

Rapporti qualitá prezzo ottimo pagando solamente 20 € a persona. Esperienza gradita, consiglio vivamente...
