L'aquila Trattoria pizzeria — Restaurant in Civita Castellana

During our trip back to Luxembourg we had to stop nearby for a stay. We arrived very late, around 22:20. It was the only place that was still open at that time (closing hour is 23:30 and not 23:00 which is listed on Facebook), so we're glad that we found it. Despite arriving late, we were quickly accommodated and served.

We're ordered two pizzas that were absolutely delicious! One was a simple magherita and the other was a pizza with bell peppers and tuna (the bell peppers were even marinated which gave extra taste to the pizza), and both were outstanding. Fluffy, tasty and crispy.

Absolutely...

We stopped here because another place was close. What a good destiny. Food was great and service superb. Our server did everything possible to break language barrier. She went above and beyond. Should hire her for teaching at the tourism and service industry university in Italy....

Locale comodissimo da raggiungere e impossibile da dimenticare piatti stellari si vedono le mani esperte delle cuoca è L Amore che ci mette nelle preparazioni i supplì tra o più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato, pizze in stile pinsa romana croccante e con ingredienti di prima scelta, io ho preso quella Con cipolla caramellata e lardo STREPITOSA… dolce lemon curd e frutti Rossi spaziale. Il tutto a un prezzo bassissimo per quello che ti offrono non ho assaggiato le paste ma parlando con la cuoca ho scoperto che sono tutte rigorosamente fatte in casa quindi la Prossima volta toccherà a loro, perché se ci vai una volta sicuramente dopo poco ci torni… Non resta che consigliare a tutti una visita in questo fantastico locale .
