Fantastic! We were treated to a fantastic starter variation with truffle, a true treat. The highlight in the main course was the gnocchi with pear and radish sauce, topped with rucola and permesan. Just as fantastic is the veal with a selection of sauces, I haf the lemon. Wonderfully fresh with the seeds in the sauce. Awesome! If you don’t know it’s there it is easy to miss. It shows towards where all their effort is focused. The interior is rather simple and plain, but the food was delicious. Siamo stati accolti e serviti da una signora gentilissima e affabile, e in generale il personale è molto gradevole. Cibo buonissimo che presenta qualche variazione interessante rispetto a quanto si trova in giro di solito, come le patate fritte in una leggera pastella, oppure le salse, come la maionese, fatte direttamente dal ristorante. Forse, rispetto al menù, aggiungerei 2-3 alternative vegetariane/vegane tra primi e secondi. L'unico spunto di miglioramento che mi sento di dare, proprio per arrivare all'ottimo come merita questo locale, riguarda l'arredamento: all'interno sono presenti alcune belle foto vecchie del paese, e in generale l'arredo è semplice e rustico, solo che i colori e alcuni elementi come lampadari e vetrinette sono troppo contemporanei e un po' freddi, contrastando il carattere e la cucina del ristorante. Inoltre potrebbe essere utile separare leggermente l'ingresso dal resto della sala con un separé o comunque un elemento che, quando si entra, dia meno l'impressione di essere subito immersi nel locale (è un po' disorientante).
