La Locanda del mare — Restaurant in Codaruina/Valledoria

Easy to start from the good things - there are very little of them:1)Situated really on the beach 2)the design of the room is nice and cozy with good furniture and plumbery for this price 3)Most of staff are nice people: thanks to Robby(the chief of the restaurant),Marta,Lella and all except the director Roberto. Of course,we understand,that unfortunately You all have to be under the pressure of this funny snob... ||||Sorry,but many things are so stupid and bad! First of all,people should know,that it is real lie,that all 4rooms have sea view(as it is written everywhere including booking and their own web). Only 2rooms (only double bedrooms) have it,per inst,my room(for 4)was looking right at the boring wall (please see the photos). The beach,where the hotel is situated,is very stony,not very clean and is not beautiful at all for Sardinia(it's a real sorrow to spend time in such beach in Sardinia with it's thousands wonderful beaches!)||Being honestly,first time in my life I see:1)the hotel,which charges full price in 1,5 month before the day of free cancellation; 2)the hotel,where the booking confirmation is not a document at all and confirmation of anything;3)the first restaurant,which has prices per 100gr,but doesn't have scales!?4) almost no english at all 5)so rude and bad-mannered Italian as the hotel director Roberto. Dovreste separare l'attività alberghiera da quella ristorativa, perché magari siete degli ottimi albergatori ma dei pessimi ristoratori. Io qui recensisco il ristorante: la posizione è molto bella, fronte mare, affaccia sulla spiaggetta. Del personale è apprezzabile la gestione dei clienti da parte del giovane cameriere che si è prodigato per rimediare ai guai causati dalla cucina, e del più anziano, che mi ha trovato un buon posto nonostante fossero pieni. Ma veniamo alla qualità del cibo, che in un ristorante è la cosa più importante. Sono rimasta sconcertata: prima di tutto se avessi saputo i prezzi applicati ci avrei pensato 2 volte a venire in questo ristorante, poiché i prezzi pubblicizzati non sono affatto quelli reali e se le foto dei menù non riportano il prezzo reale, dovreste fare il favore a tutti di rimuoverle o farle rimuovere da Google. Ma io sono disposta anche a pagare bei prezzi quando la qualità è ineccepibile, ma così non è stato! Le cozze (che mi sono state portate 2 volte poiché alla prima erano per metà gusci vuoti!) erano asciutte e per una buona metà dall'aspetto e sapore non fresco, oltre che pulite male e sicuramente non all'altezza dei 16€ pagati. I tagliolini al nero di seppia erano asciutti e insipidi, nell'insieme pesanti, non essendo conditi come si deve. Il nero di seppia, che quando è buono da molto sapore al piatto oltre che colorare la pasta, qui era l'equivalente di un insipido colorante alimentare. L'unico poco sapore che mi ha fatto finire il piatto sono stati quei due gamberetti crudi che ci appoggiano sopra, altrimenti avrei lasciato il piatto lì. Prezzo dello spaghetto 28€!!! Sorvoliamo sul prezzo del coperto e dell'acqua, esagerati anche quelli. In definitiva una PESSIMA esperienza, l'unica stella che do è per il servizio dei camerieri ma consiglio vivamente ai titolari di cambiare cuochi e scegliere più accuratamente le materie prime perché non è possibile pagare quelle cifre da ristorante gourmet per del cibo così scadente! Non ci tornerò e non lo consiglio....
