Ristorante Pizzeria Ku'damm — Restaurant in Colico

We were there on Saturday at 7:45pm for a pizza. There were about 20 people sitting. were told to wait 30 minutes but when I ask what time to go back for collet it they said 8:30pm. We were there in time but we had to wait until 8:50pm. A friend of the girls at the till (that I guess are the owners) arrived after me and got the pizza just before ours. When I said they were late they replied without even look at me. “I’m sorry but you know... it’s Saturday”... so why did you give me a time if you know already you are gonna be late?! The place looks less attractive than a canteen and just removing the table it could be a laundrette or a butcher. Passo a prendere una pizza d'asporto un martedì sera. Situazione al ristorante: Un paio di coppie Una tavolata alla fine del pasto Una tavolata da 8-10 che aspettava i piatti.

Ordino una 4 formaggi chiedendo se 8 euro bastavano così che non avrei usato la carta, la signora mi dice che non ci sono problemi. Dopo 20 minuti che aspetto vedo che iniziano a servire la sopracitata tavolata, allora chiedo se avrei dovuto aspettare ancora molto. Non l'avessi mai fatto, la signora mi risponde stizzita che prima della mia pizza c'erano quelle del tavolo. Mi rimetto nel mio angolino ad aspettare dopo altri 10 minuti mi appoggia la pizza su uno sgabello, le chiedo quanto le devo e mi risponde ”8 euro hai detto che hai solo quelli”.

Siamo d'accordo che a Colico da maggio a Settembre vivi di turismo straniero, ma gli italiani potrebbero anche tornare. Io di certo no! E non era una giornata no per la signora perché in cucina rideva e scherzava con i cuochi. Cercate di imparare a trattare bene i clienti occasionali perché la pizza meritava e...
