I went to Da Aurelio’s in January and to this day I still think about the amazing experience I had. Starting with the environment, which was very cozy, and the view which was incredible. As for the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming, and I had the pleasure to meet the founder, Aurelio, and the owner, Gigi, who walked me through some insights about this spot. We stopped in here randomly, and it ended up being the best meal we had in the Dolomites. Prices are a little higher than some of the more casual spots in the area, but absolutely worth it—the presentation and flavors felt much more refined. since I remember Aurelio has been a great experince! it is a beautifull mountain road to reach the place during the day or at nigh. long enough to have fun with your party on the way there and back. great winbe list. the menu has amasing dishes with local flavours but also fish options. all is amazing. dont forget desert and grappsa selection. last yer they renovated the place adding a new modern pavilion. super beautifull.
