I went to Da Aurelio’s in January and to this day I still think about the amazing experience I had. Starting with the environment, which was very cozy, and the view which was incredible. As for the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming, and I had the pleasure to meet the founder, Aurelio, and the owner, Gigi, who walked me through some insights about this spot. Regarding the food, I had the Vitela and the Tartar which were both tender and flavourful, a whole experience, taste wise. And for dessert I had the creme brûlée and terra, which had the perfect amount of sweetness to them. Overall a great experience, I’d go...

We stopped in here randomly, and it ended up being the best meal we had in the Dolomites. Prices are a little higher than some of the more casual spots in the area, but absolutely worth it—the presentation and flavors felt much more refined. We loved the use of local herbs and ingredients that made every dish stand out. The potato mousse and gnocchi were incredible, and the egg with truffle was a highlight. The red sauce pasta was also outstanding. Overall, a perfect balance of flavor and...

Simply wonderful. Da Aurelio gets it right at every level. A beautiful location with great staff and fantastic food. It was full of locals today celebrating a variety of events. Luigi and his team are absolutely charming and friendly. The gnochetti were delicious and the fillet steak stunning. A really good wine list and plenty of grappa to try at the end made for a thoroughly memorable experience.
