So it took quite some time till someone come to take my order. I wanted some soup, the waiter told me they don’t have any right now, (even if was in menu, but I get it if they are changing the menu) but he told me he will ask in kitchen, so I was waiting again for maybe 10min then he came back and started taking my oder again (he forgot about the soup or that he alredy was at my table) so I ask again what about that soup and he just said something in italy and left again (never came back) and I had to wait again till someone notice me. But the best part about all of this was that there were so many waiterss doing nothing just talking to each other 👌. Two tables which came way more later than me got their food earlier (we all ordered pizza)👌I waited around 30 min for my food . For refill of wine a had to wait 10min and if I didn’t ask for it they wouldn’t even care 👌…pizza was normal nothing special (my personal opinion is that frozen pizza from dr.Oetker Casa di Mama is better). Also I really didn’t like all the reactions on me eating alone(weird looks, stupid questions like if I’m waiting for someone else and so… ) strudel looked and smelled really good but had no taste …. let’s look on some + : good music(every second song was like from my playlist), really nice interior, good wine. A good place—we had dinner here for three days since we stayed at the Maria Hotel, located in the same building. The food was excellent; everything we ordered was very delicious, including pizza, salads, ravioli, and venison with fried potato cakes. The chef did a great job! However, the service staff, to put it mildly, left much to be desired. Despite leaving quite big checks each evening, we were not offered complimentary digestifs after dinner and were rushed to leave the restaurant. The waitstaff were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming every day, which created an unpleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. While the food was great, I give the staff a negative rating. Quando la cortesia non è di casa se anche sai fare bene 2 pizze rimani un 2 stelle. Prenotiamo con settimane di anticipo da Ferrara per 11 persone, scegliamo Kusk in quanto segnalata come locanda in cui è presente Sky per vedere la partita e difatti al momento della prenotazione ci assicurano che la potremo vedere senze problemi..peccato che arrivato al locale ci aspetta la scortesia fatta a persona. Inizialmente pare la partita non si potesse vedere "non sappiamo se abbiamo.i pacchetti sky giusti" poi vedendo forse che era vincolante (come d'altronde specificato in corso di prenotazione) improvvisamente sky va e ci mettono in una sala inferiore con tv.... ma rigorosamente senz'audio. Ci tengono ad accendere però la cassa della radio che era pisizionata sopra al tavolo e che prima era spenta a volumi impensabili con radio Italia. Ovviamente, dato che era anche impossibile comunicare, chiediamo di spegnere la cassa..almeno da vedere la partita senza questo fastidio. Lo fanno ripetendoci però che non accenderanno l'audio tv (chiesto? no, ma vabbè). Ordiniamo bere e cibo e nel frattempo arrivano altri 3 amici che chiedono di sedersi con noi. La richiesta gli viene negata in quanto "no ragazzi giù è tutto prenotato non si può" e quindi vengono messi soli al piano di sopra. Peccato che dalle 12.30 alle 15.00 che siamo andati via nessuno.si è seduto.al.pjano di sotto...anzi, addirittura un ragazzino è sceso e si è seduto solo per vedere la partita in uno dei tanti tavoli vuoti ma "prenotatissimi". Al momento di pagare precisiamo la scorrettezza di dividere una compagnia di amici raccontando bugie in quanto non era vero che fossero prenotati gli altri tavoli.. ci rispondono "non abbiamo detto che era prenotato ma se arrivava gente dovevamo avere libero"...mah. Sala libera, 3 persone che vogliono aggiungersi al nostro tavolo ma gli viene impedito perché "se arriva gente devono avere libero". Ora vi assicuro che hanno le sembianze di gente anche i nostri 3 amici, ma forse per loro non era così. In più non preparato sugli allergeni, chiedendo cosa.mangiare senza uova e frutta secca mi hanno risposto "il gelato no perché ha il latte". Fate voi, ci sono tanti posti che...
