Rachel and I had a wonderful experience at the Peter Brunel Ristorante in November 2024. We were there for an early seating on a Tuesday evening and we were treated amazingly well by all the staff. We enjoyed some gourmet snacks and creative cocktails in the lounge area before we were seated at our table. Our dinner was amazing. Our server was super gracious. And Chef Peter stopped by our table a few times during the course of our meal. Impeccable service and attention to detail. We sat near the large window into the immaculate kitchen and the staff buzzed with calm efficiency. Please do beware of the desert department… after an amazing tasting menu the deserts kept coming in waves and nearly sunk us…. but were also very tasty. For the cocktails there were creative combos like a Negroni with a reserve Campari. The tasting menu was incredible with a story behind every dish. The wine pairing was perfect too featuring some very nice local wines. At the end of our meal the chef even made sure we had a taxi to make our way back to our Airbnb. Never have we enjoyed such great food, with such great service, and a genuine focus on the guests comfort and enjoyment. The service was attentive and personalized, with every detail carefully considered to ensure our experience was perfect.

We came to the restaurant to celebrate my birthday while we were on holidays in Italy from Australia.We thought that having a 3 year old daughter with us would be a challenge while visiting a fine dining restaurant. But we had an absolutely magical experience. All food combinations were very unusual but incredible. That’s definitely an art of cooking if you can make crème brûlée with foie gras or asparagus flavoured tiramisu taste incredible. The story of every dish and wine was fascinating and made experience even more exciting. And staff were extremely accomodating with our daughter: they said they’d cook her any food she wanted, they brought her pasta that she ate all and a special dessert from the chef. They also brought her chef’s daughters’ doll to play. And surprisingly 3 hour lunch in the restaurant was extremely enjoyable and our daughter enjoyed the experience as well.
