When I rated 4.3 I didn't expect much and was biased towards the restaurant.

However, when I visited I was pleasantly surprised, and the atmosphere of the place, good music, lighting and spaciousness of the outdoor area, the arrangement of tables and the comfort of the chairs, I wouldn't call it anything special, but these little things are thought out and create a wonderful atmosphere.

The staff work well.

The interior inside is also thought out and captivating, pleasantly surprising.

In the end I also liked the food, I ordered a salad with shrimp and risotto, the portions were large, the taste was good, the prices are a little higher than average, but in my opinion it is justified.

Garden restaurant situated amongst olive trees with live music playing just behind lake Garda, with a children’s play area within the garden. The road isn’t too busy to get to the restaurant and it had plenty of parking available some available under trees for shading.

Sconsiglio vivamente questo albergo a chiunque cerchi una piacevole e confortevole esperienza di soggiorno. Le foto su Booking sono estremamente fuorvianti e non corrispondono alla stanza che ci aspettavamo di ricevere. La televisione e l'aria condizionata erano entrambe non funzionanti, e nonostante le nostre richieste di assistenza, il personale si è limitato a confermare che erano guaste senza offrire alcuna soluzione alternativa come la sostituzione della camera o uno sconto sulla tariffa pagata.

Inoltre, la camera prenotata per due persone era dotata solo di coperte singole, nonostante dalle foto su Booking fosse chiaro che avremmo dovuto avere coperte matrimoniali. Alla nostra richiesta di coperte adatte alla dimensione del letto, ci è stata risposto che l'albergo dispone solo di coperte singole e che se avessimo voluto potevamo andarcene in qualsiasi momento e ci avrebbero scalato dal prezzo la notte non usufruita, un’ottima proposta per chi prenota con largo anticipo un weekend fuori, dimostrazione di una mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli da parte dello staff.

Per rendere le cose ancora peggiori, la vista dalla finestra era un tubo industriale che emetteva di continuo rumori fastidiosi di scarico fumi, rovinando qualsiasi speranza di tranquillità durante il soggiorno (soprattutto la notte).

Infine, la mancanza di disponibilità da parte del personale nell'affrontare i problemi e nel fornire soluzioni adeguate ha reso l'intera esperienza estremamente deludente. Se cercate un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole, evitate questo albergo, io non...
