Absolutely dreadful experience. We arrived and waited. Once the waitress finally arrived, she treated us extremely rudely (and took a moment to treat the people next to us like trash as well!) and acted like we were an inconvenience for even being there. She roughly set our table and threw a menu at us, claiming that we should have called ahead. (There were 6 tables open, a seventh which had a reserved ticket on it.) After being treated like we were absolutely unwelcome, and reading the menu which was good enough for a high priced sandwich bar at best... we left and walked two passes down the way and found a more suitable solution.

Rude staff. Less than basic...

In questo locale non esiste menù. Sulla porta c'è una lavagna con 3 primi e 3 secondi e non ti danno nemmeno il tempo di pensare! I secondi a base di carne molto buoni. Ottimi gulasch e polenta. Verdura freschissima. I primi (nel nostro caso una pasta ai 4 formaggi) sufficienti. Dolci fatti in casa buoni. Per assaggiare i piatti tipici vale la pena di tollerare il personale poco flessibile (soprattutto per il tono delle risposte, sempre negative, ad ogni richiesta).

Abbiamo chiesto (non preteso) se era possibile avere una grigliata di carne (c'era entrecôte ai ferri e non sembrava difficile aggiungere una lucanica e un wurstel) ma la risposta è stata, con fare indispettito: "Questa è una trattoria e la cucina serve solo i piatti...

Wirklich sehr schade. Wir hätten gerne hier gegessen. Wir sind zu zweit angekommen und haben uns bei einer mitarbeitenden des Restaurants nach einem freien Tisch erkundigt. Sie hat uns dann gebeten zu warten. Kurz danach kamen zwei Personen die auch nach einem Tisch gefragt haben. Diese wurden kurz darauf zu einem freien Tisch geführt. Nachdem ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe wurden wir pampig geben noch zu warten. Machen dann andere sich erneut vorgedrängelt haben sind wir gegangen. Schade und diese Bemerkung hätte wirklich vermieden werden können. Die beiden Sterne gehen ausschließlich an das Ambiente. Etwas anderes kann nicht...
