We were on a tour around Monte Isola and stopped by this lovely place for lunch. The crowd on the island is mainly along the shore. These few meters up the hill provide a niece view over the lake already. The staff was super friendly, warm, and welcoming. Wonderful restaurant with amazing quality food and super friendly service. We had the appetizer platter with fish from the lake which was amazing and huge as well as three pasta dishes. The waitress was also so super kind to our daughter and I love that you can just order pasta pomodoro anywhere for your kid and it is just perfect. Siamo stati a settembre, la zona ha diversi ristoranti, la maggior parte fronte lago ma quasi tutti con recensioni medio basse. Questa trattoria invece aveva ottime recensioni. Leggermente più “scomoda” da raggiungere perché si deve salire un pochino a piedi ma niente di particolarmente complesso. Se si decide di tagliare per il paesino c’è una lunga scala che taglia il tornante verso la trattoria. In alternativa di raggiunge direttamente seguendo la strada. Il locale è curato e dal tipico stile da trattoria. La vista è molto suggestiva! (Vedi foto) Nonostante sia situato sulla strada è molto tranquillo perché non trafficata. Abbiamo preso cibo tipico e pesce di lago, pagando una cifra medio bassa considerando sia il fatto di aver mangiato pesce sia il fatto che si trova su una piccola isola. Nonostante queste considerazioni infatti il prezzo resta più che onesto e la qualità del cibo è davvero alta! Consigliato l’antipasto della casa (ne abbiamo diviso uno in 4).
