I stayed in this hotel 15/9/19, I will never forget it either. After travelling around the beautiful Dolomites all week, we pick this hotel for a night. The room was ok. The price went up from 66euros to 80. We went down for dinner & a menu was thrown at us. In English on a scrap of paper that nobody could understand. Trying to be patient, we pointed at things on the small list, to be told NO. Other people in the restaurant were given a normal menu, but when we asked for one were told NO. Eventually, we were given a dish of soggy milky bread with some mushrooms & cheese on top. It was DISGUSTING, you couldn't eat it. Other people were eating steak & pasta dishes. But we weren't allowed to have this. Because we were hungry, we ask for desert & got a piece of stale pear cake. So please avoid this place when travelling in this area. Good food and nice place, but really problem personal. They have table exactly on passage, absolutely not normal place - every 5 seconds waiters run on this passage, touch chair on it with jacket. I had reservation, but they gave me this table. i said i dont like to eat so on passage and in restaurant were other empty tabels, but waiters said, thats are not for one person (i was alone). How greedy need to be, for answer so to client! Ofcourse, nobody came to this tables. I think, they must take away this table and never offer it, even if they get less money for loose it. Abbiamo pranzato in questa trattoria per festeggiare un compleanno.. Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata delle migliori. Locale molto carino e caratteristico.. tutto in legno proprio stile montagna. Antipasti buoni ma porzioni molto scarse.. primi piatti buoni ma non eccezionali. Ho trovato anche discordanza tra il nome del piatto e il piatto servito a tavola. Allego foto della tagliata che tutto aveva tranne sembianze della tagliata stessa. Il nome del piatto “tagliata” a quanto pare non li ha aiutati. Sarei tornata molto volentieri ma il personale è stato non disponibile e maleducato. Alla richiesta di un sacchetto di pane la risposta è stata: “un attimo che non ho tempo” in maniera scorbutica, e mi è sembrata una risposta poco consona. Per poter segnare gli ordini si sono appoggiati più volte al tavolo schiacciandomi il piede senza chiedere scusa. Per ogni richiesta, anche la più banale come richiedere dell’acqua, la risposta è scocciata e indisponente. A ogni domanda sui piatti le risposte erano saccenti, peccato che per noi fosse solo la seconda volta in montagna e che quindi alcuni piatti tipici erano a noi sconosciuti. Non si smette mai di imparare.. Più volte i piatti non sono stati posati sul tavolo in modo delicato ma piuttosto lanciati lasciando noi abbastanza interdetti. L’unica esperienza positiva è arrivata alla fine, quando una persona sorridente e cordiale è venuta a prendere gli ordini dei dolci. Questa ragazza si chiama Elisa, e con gentilezza e allegria ha salutato il nostro cagnolino offrendogli un osso e facendo due chiacchiere con noi raccontandoci del suo cane. Consiglio questo posto se avete tanta pazienza e voglia di provare un esperienza nuova che metta alla prova la vostra voglia di non litigare.. sottolineo però che se avete la fortuna di essere serviti da Elisa l’esperienza sarà sicuramente...
