Ristorante Mistica — Restaurant in Comunità montana della Valle Sabbia

We went there because of all the good reviews. We ordered the entrecôte. We where early at the evening and the first table who got there main course (no starters because we where with a baby and couldn’t stay long). The entrecôte came and was grey of color and tasted bad. We both had the feeling it was not fresh after one bite. We told the waiter and he took it with him and ask if we want a new one or something else. We choose the risotto which was a good taste but the rice was a still a little to hard. We didn’t want to say something again so we eat it. Our daughter had a hamburger which was cooked to far and dry, but for her it was ok. We ordered dessert so we had a little bit good feeling over the meal. When the dessert came we asked for the bill because we wanted to go quickly because the baby was crying and we didn’t want to disturb anyone else. We just got one bite of the dessert (tasted good) and the waiter came with the bill. He told us we had to pay for the bad meat, because the looked at the package and it was not over the date. He also said other people who came after us didn’t complain about the meat. We told him we see the meat also at the table next to us and it looked red and fresh. If we got it like this I also think we should not send it back. I told him we will pay for the food we eat but not for the bad meat. He started to yell and also I started to yell. We got inside and a waitress got crazy yelling at me and started to touch me. I repeated a few times we pay for the food we eat but not for bad meat. The waiter came and he started to touch me so I said that he had to step back or I call the police. I repeated again we wanted to pay for the food we eat but things got worse and the waiter/waitress where treating us so we walked away without paying. On the way back to our apartment we where already not feeling well and we got sick. I writing this review now from the toilet because we have a food poisoning. My partner went back to pay for the food we eat (also the dessert we where not able to eat and the wine we didn’t finish) because we are not criminal. I had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant several times during my vacation, and each time the culinary experience was top-notch! The ambiance indoors and in the beer garden was incredible, perfect for a relaxing evening.

The food was simply fantastic! Every dish I was served was superbly prepared and of the highest quality. The menu offered a selection of local dishes for everyone.

Beautiful location, especially in the neat garden. Nice variety of meals at a more intense price. For two persons we payed ~65 €. Poor service and disappointing made meals

For us they left the impression, that they are aiming high but can not fulfill the expectation. The meals want to be special but are solid at the best. The fish we had was disappointing as most of it consisted of the panade/dough instead of the proclaimed filet. The service was not acceptable and friendly, kept us waiting...
