La Piadineria — Restaurant in Comunità montana della Valtellina di Sondrio

I came here and instantly regretted it. The place is badly understaffed — long queue to order, then another long wait to collect food. My piadina was overcooked and dry, as crunchy as a cracker.

Staff kept trying to push food I never ordered, including chips and a baby Nutella piadina. They asked three times if I wanted the wrong piadina, clearly just trying to offload stuff from the counter.

Mi spiace proprio dover dare una stella perché l'impasto, a mio parere, è davvero buono.. Ma se vado 5 volte in 2 mesi e per 3 volte le piadine arrivano sbagliate e scarse di condimento, vuol dire che qualcuno lì dentro non sta facendo bene il proprio lavoro. Per di più, lavorando nell'ambito della ristorazione anche io, so che nel momento in cui il cliente ti fa notare l'errore, si chiede scusa e si cerca di porre riparo al danno fatto. A quanto pare, la commessa di banco K. che ho trovato di turno non è della mia stessa idea, tanto da ribattere addirittura con un bel "allora vieni tu a lavorare qui."
