Mamba Beach — Restaurant in Comunità Montana Parco Alto Garda bresciano

The owners of this Restaurant has not made it easy on themselves. The Restaurant is off the beaten track and in the "wrong" direction in relation to the town centre. Leaving this aside, it is well worth a visit and I really can not emphasise this enough. The location is optimal - right on the beach, with unlimited view of Lake Garda and the villages and Mountains on the east side. The design is brand new, and a welcome break to the very charming, but also very touristy places in the centre of Limone. Whoever decorated the exterior and interior is obviously highly talanted. The ambience is modern and fresh, with a clean and young vibe. There is a very nice pool with an ample amount of beach chairs, which makes a sunny day seem like paradise. But seriously, the highlight is the restaurant. Or actually, the chef, the kitchen, the bar and the service staff. The menu is pretty well composed with typical Italian dishes with a modern twist (which goes well with the modern vibe of the place). The chef is excellent and prepares every dish to perfection. Try the Tuna - it is unbelievably good ! The bartender mixes outstanding cocktails from a cocktail menu which overflows with treasures. I can not recommend this place enough ! Just go there and experience it for yourself.

Came back for lunch a couple of days later and all the points I make above are still valid. However, we had to wait over an hour for our food, which is not ok. I realise it is Summer, it is Sunday and it is Italy, but still... Especially when several guests who sat down after us both got their good and finished it before we had ours. Still a good place , but service at lunch left us...

We reserved two sunbeds for two people the day before, and made this absolutely clear in our correspondence. What we were given, however, was beyond insulting: two miserable beds shoved into the deepest shade, hidden behind a massive bush, with no access to the pool, no access to the water, and not even access to the sun!

When we complained, the response was nothing but a shrug – “the other sunbeds are already reserved.” Excuse me? We also had a reservation! Our booking was completely ignored, and we were treated as if we didn’t matter.

I drove two hours just to get here, only to be met with this outrageous disregard. It was a total waste of time and money. I have never encountered such arrogance and disrespect anywhere.

If you’re looking forward to a relaxing day, avoid this so-called “beach club” at all costs. It is an absolute disgrace and a slap in the face to...

Ieri io e il mio compagno siamo stati in questo bellissimo posto sul limone del garda! É andato tutto molto bene. Vi consiglio vivamente la prenotazione. Noi nonostante il forte ritardo rispetto all'ora di prenotazione a causa di incidenti e traffico sulla strada (avvisando telefonicamente in anticipo) é stata mantenuta la prenotazione senza nessun problema. Prenotando quasi a ridosso del ferragosto ovviamente era molto pieno ma nonostante tutto devo dire niente caos, penso anche come tipologia di target del cliente. L'unica pecca forse un pó sporchino sul bordo piscina per via del tanto verde attorno. Abbiamo pagato 10 euro a testa per lettino e ombrellone e un tavolinetto proprio a bordo piscina. Abbiamo deciso di pranzare al ristorante seduti all'interno perché si stava piú freschi (premetto che non mi sono informata se si poteva portare lo Snack da casa per scelta) e abbiamo trovato personale gentile e abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di mare, un insalatona,una caponata, 2 acque, una coca, 2 primi spaghetti siciliani e abbiamo pagato 62euro totali piú che giusto! Anche le porzioni non sono piccole. Tutto molto buono a parte la pasta con le anciove (acciughe/sarde) un pó troppo salata. I tempi di attesa per noi sono stati brevissimi cosí come per tanti altri ma la famiglia che era vicino a noi non so come mai ha aspettato tanto anche solo per l'ordinazione nonostante lo abbiano fatto presente. I bagni all'inizio giornata abbastanza puliti ma diventati un poʻ sporchi verso la fine a causa penso del tanto via vai di gente quel giorno. Il parcheggio è gratuito e si puó parcheggiare sia accanto al lido che sopra in hotel. In generale bella esperienza bel posto e lo consiglio! é stato molto rilassante Sicuramente il prossimo...
