I went there to find some of the local famous white wines (Trentino-Alto-Adige), and even though I did get some (including sparkling wines), the price is a bit exaggerated and the selection is not one of the finest 🍷
Edit: I feel like I have to expand my review now that the owner was brave enough to reply - it's not like I went there and out without buying anything, I spend ~70 Euros on wines and let me tell you that selling a non cru, non-oaked müller-thurgau for 13 euros is a wine crime - this is a wine from 2021, which is 2 years too late in 2024 - a wine that should have been sold by the glass in your restaurant a long time ago, it doesn't even have malolactic conversion and is a generic Trentino wine, not a superiore one, so don't tell me it is not overpriced. Also, managing a wine shop is not only about selection, you must make sure your wines are fresh and represent the region - remember that many wine lovers that come to Dolomites and stay in Cavalese will only have your shop as the main source of wines, and hence you, represent the whole Trentino-Alto-Adige wine region for many of them (a region famous for fresh and crisp white wines), including myself, and if I, after spending my own money on your wines leave you a feedback that does not fit your expectations, maybe you should take a second look at your business and not try to discredit my review. But I'm glad you replied, as now I can leave a more detailed review. Also, a non-vintage Trentodoc sparkling wine priced at 40 Euros is another wine crime - at this price one could get a NV Champagne, but what...
