Nice interiors don't always come with food and service quality. This sentence would perfectly describe my recent visit in Lo Chalet restaurant. At 1st glance everything looks perfect, nice, spacious interior, lots of light coming inside through numerous windows in different shapes. Our group of 6 people placed an order - everything went smooth - no misunderstanding so far. We received our beers and fromm now on everything collapsed like house of cards. We received dishes we didn't order...ok, everyone can make a mistake - but when waiter brought another dish which we didn't order we were pretty disappointed. 3rd try was succesfull. Food was ok, I can recommend dear venison - worth its price. To summarize - in my humble opinion - good restaurants are recognized not only by localization, food or service. Incredibly awful service. We arrived around 2pm, asked if they were still serving and, although they said yes and made us sit down, they ignored for over 30 minutes. Waiters kept on walking past and I waved a couple of times - but we eventually had to give up and just leave.

Very nice place. One of the best restaurants you can find in a ski resort I might say. A little pricy, but that what You would expect in this place. The food is very good both in taste and presentation. The staff is nice and helpful. Only downside is the space - not many people can fit in here an once, so you might want to call beforehand and make a reservation.

Honestly this is the best restaurant on the slopes I have ever been to. We have been skiing in different ski resorts and had lunch every day, but this restaurant is on the different level. The food is absolutely fantastic, rich and creamy, the staff is friendly, prompt and the design of the whole chalet is simply beautiful!

Ottimi piatti da mangiare con gusto ma da migliorare a causa dei lunghi tempi di attesa! Locale moderno davanti a un bellissimo panorama e situato a 30 Min dal Lago di Bombasel (2268 m). Cucina ottima e innovativa, noi abbiamo ordinato: canederli allo speck con burro e Trentingrana, pizzoccheri al gorgonzola, tagliere di salumi e formaggi, bistecca di Angus con patate e Costina maiale con salsa BBQ al mirtillo, cavolo cappuccio e patate. Tutti piatti buonissimi e da provare. Peccato per i lunghi tempi di attesa causati dal poco personale nel locale 5 camerieri e 2 cuchi per almeno 40 tavoli: consiglio vivamente al proprietario di assumere altro personale per rendere il locale meno lento e caotico. Un particolare ringraziamento al cameriere che ci ha serviti che nonostante la fretta causata dai troppi ordini e arrivi è stato attento e gentile nei nostri riguardi.

Ottimi piatti da mangiare con gusto ma da migliorare a causa dei lunghi tempi di attesa! Locale moderno davanti a un bellissimo panorama e situato a 30 Min dal Lago di Bombasel (2268 m).
